Dear Mama, 3 Tips for Staying Motivated After motherhood, I can't deny that sometimes I lose motivation. Losing the motivation to clean up the mess at home, being lazy to learn new things, and even feeling lazy several times to take my baby out to play.

I realized that a monotonous routine had already taken over my consciousness. The realization to live the life I've chosen and I should be happy to live it.

Dear Mama, 3 Tips for Staying Motivated

Finding motivation to solve this problem is sometimes difficult to do. Moreover, the feeling of burn out has been felt for a long time and has not received help.

Mindfulness Helps to Elaborate on Its Causes

Mindfulness is the consciousness that arises from paying attention intentionally, in the present moment, without judgment.

When my baby was taking a nap, I took a short break to have a dialogue with myself. Asked how he was doing, and wrote down my heart on the paper.

All my heart, the mess in my mind, was channeled through the writing. I did it fully consciously. I don't put value on my writing or on feelings that have been revealed.

I just see the root of this loss of motivation. So, after writing it down mindfully, is my problem over? Certainly not.

There are still stages where I try to understand the feelings I have outlined and find a solution to the solution. Usually I finish by going to a coffee shop to calm down, going to the rice field area near my house to just take a breath of fresh air. Often I finish with a warm shower.

These things have indeed helped ease my emotional turmoil, but have not been able to restore my motivation. So, how to have motivation? Read this article all the way through.

                                     3 Tips for Staying Motivated

The big secret to continuing to feel motivated is to live consciously. Living consciously means that we take control of our lives, not drifting away in life, but holding the principles and purpose of life.

I started a conscious life by answering questions about if I loved the job I was in. Do I find my life just going day by day with no meaning? Am I wasting my time forgetting an important thing?
After answering these three important questions, I did the three things below:

1. Making Journaling a Routine

Journaling could be my weekly evaluation. In addition, the daily journal also captures the days I have lived, so I will be motivated to create happy and meaningful days.

2. Revisiting Life Goals Living

Without a goal is like playing ball without a goal. Life goals, in addition to being set, it is also important to always remember.

So that the way we live life is in accordance with the direction of life goals. Write down the things that are important to you, what you want to do in life and how to achieve all of life's goals.

3. Review Relationships With Your Partner

Often, after becoming a mother or father, we dismiss our partner's interests. The interest in being listened to, the interest in being noticed and doing the things that used to be done often.

Frequent shifts in priorities will trigger estrangement. Go back to your partner. Create precious moments while discussing children's treats. Don't forget, now we are not only parents, but still lovers as well.

Motivation is often lost when we have gone too far from our goals. It is time to pause and review my goals and improve the path of life. Have fun..
